William Raymond Peers (b. June 14, 1914, Stuart, Iowa-d. Apr. 6, 1984), U.S. Army officer, was commissioned in the Army in 1938. During World War II, he was operations officer with the OSS in Burma; commander, Detachment 101; and deputy director, China Theater. After the War he served as an intelligence instructor at the Command and General Staff College and was director of CIA training.
